IF somebody would to use "fully homomorphic encryption" THEN and ONLY THEN and ONLY on this encryption would the IBM solution allowed to retrieve the encrypted content without identifiying the origin or destination.<br><br>This is NOT retroactive. So, sleep tight and do NOT use any encryption algorithm that is "fully homomorphic".]]></description>
