Yur missing the point. IF somebody would to use "fully homomorphic encryption" THEN and ONLY THEN and ONLY on this encryption would the IBM solution allowed to retrieve the encrypted content without identifiying the origin or destination.

With the new method of encryption data can be processed to produce an encrypted result without ever knowing the actual source data.
