There is also an old boy network problem. Where are you going to find knowledgeable people unless you tap insiders?<br><br>That is why grass root citizen special interest groups are so important - to put pressure on policy makers to act in the public interest. If the only voice they hear is corporate then is it a surprise regulations are business friendly at the expense of the public good? <br><br>/tom    ]]></description>
