<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/534175"><b>Straphanger</b></A> : There was a recent rate hike but I don't know when it took in effect.<br><br>I've looked over my bills and I've noticed that ConEd charges more during the summer months per KWh than during other seasons.  That usually accounts for the higher bills I encounter between June and September.<br><small>--<br>Please use all available doors...you have 33 to choose from.</small>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/326187"><b>St0ney</b></A> : i went on vacation for 2 weeks...unplugged electrical appliances, except for the fridge and left one light on (one of those efficient light bulbs) .<br><br>so the electric bill for the month (including the 2 weeks i wasnt here) shows almost no decrease in price.  $65 (may) vs $63 (june).  avg daily usage shows it went down since last month (about 30-40% lower). so WHy in mother flux capacitors is there so little change in price??]]></description>
