I agree, I'm just saying that's the only reason I can see for trading away Rondo.
And one of those free agents would be replacing Ray, since his contract is up in 2010 the same as Lebron and Wade. It seems far fetched but if they are considering trading Rondo you have to assume they are considering it. You would imagine that if Lebron left the Cavs, Boston would be a much more desirable place for him to go as oppose to the Knicks... playing for Doc and alongside KG and Pierce or the hellhole that is the Knicks organization... which would you pick?
I would rather see Wade go there... IMO he's a better fit
