<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1360082"><b>adam48</b></A> : Anyone else dealing with the outage in Surprise?   I called but they are unable to provide any reason or updates.   I have to use the neighbors Cox connection.  uggh .   I've had QWEST for years with no problems, then the last 6 months for been hit or miss.  I called and went through the layers or customer service to get a US based assistance.  A few months ago they said I'm provisioned for "5" service.  Speed test were .9 to 2.  They then said I was provisoned on a "lower high speed card in the CO".    I wish they can figure out the speed issues are stop overselling the DSLAM.]]></description>
