Re: Does There Exist Forum Software With These Features? You should be pretty comfortable with PHP before attempting a VB plugin. Also, you need to be familiar with the VB paradigm to make a good plugin.
Honestly, VB is the most extendable forum software I have seen. Plugins are most of the time truly "plug in"'s. Very rarely do you have to modify source code.
