Re: [speed/latency] Very slow upload speed

Thanks for the info. Yes, I'm testing on the wired connection, and with the other PCs inactive. Here are the stats from my modem:

Transceiver Revision: 4.3.0.1
Vendor ID Code: 4
Line Mode: G.DMT Mode
Data Path: Interleaved
Transceiver Information Down Stream Path Up Stream Path
DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec) 1792 160
Margin (dB) 17.0 31.0
Line Attenuation (dB) 35.0 21.0
Transmit Power (dBm) 6.3 11.3

I assume the "DSL speed" here is the sync rate you are referring to. If that's the case , it appears not to be syncing at the correct speed. What are the possible causes, based on the other stats?

After staying up late last night reading other posts and looking at the stats others have posted, it seems that my margin and attenuation stats really aren't bad, and that I should be able to achieve much better sync speeds and throughput than what I have been getting.

That just leads me back to my original thought, which is that Verizon has my account provisioned incorrectly. Should I call Verizon at this point, or is there further troubleshooting I can do myself?
