firmware needs upgraded.

SB5101N-2.7.5.0-GA-00-NOSH mine on cox with a SB5101
Any idea how to go about updating the firmware? I asked Cox and they said that all customers are given the latest firmware available.
PM CoxTech1 with your mac address from your modem, tell him you want the latest firmware, and he will take care of it.
