Having problems out here in Parlin, NJ as well. My signal levels are also fine, but I've seen it get as bad as 2 Mbps down (regular 15/2).I have a technician coming out this week; we'll see if it helps.Here is one I took a few days back. This was with my computer directly connected to the modem.
