Well i just ran a test on testmy.net for my upload speeds, and this helps show your constant speed of your upload, and here is my results. :::.. LOL.. Well i dont know portsmouth super well, but im not too far from cradock area. But naw im not stealing all your upload bandwidth.. hell i had to keep complaining to get my speeds corrected only maybe 2 months ago. because i was only getting like 1-3mb down between the hours of 5pm till 1am daily. But CoxTech1 got that fixed for me.
