Contacted several reps and none can seem to figure out what is wrong with it.
This is the latest one and it's not even reaching 5Mb. |

@charter.com | carefull on them over selling there pipe - downgrade if they cannot keep up. complain about pipe problem if consist ant and you might get a possible lower notch special. |

| Same here, at times with my 10 meg service I barely get 3 megs. They lead me to believe I'm the only one who has this problem, and that they've never heard of such a thing... but now I see the problem is them overselling their pipe? Just gets worse as time goes on, and yeah I've gotten discounts and such from complaining, but I still am thinking about going with DSL for a more consistent connection. |
