StacyFotoDoguePremium join:2001-11-02 New York, NY | I just used that last month to get a new license. It took about two weeks to arrive in the mail and was relatively painless.
The only frustrating part was, my dog is neutered but since I couldn't find my old file in the system I had to pay the un-neutered rate, which is $3 more. I could submit a notarized affidavit but the notary would charge as much as the un-neutered surcharge. |

I think you can also get a note from the vet but that has to be sent snail mail too. Once the neutered status is put into the system it should be possible to renew at the lower rate. |
