Re: Qwest Upgrade and Stuff 1. NO. GT701-wg will do just fine. I even experienced 701 syncing with 20 meg at full speed (latest firmware). Only change might be the ppp logins.
2. Upgrades wont affect price for life contract but you might pay high for a higher speed tier.
3. I suggest sticking with qwest supported modems.
4. Wired or wireless. Either way i know it will work
