Do you have all the filters in on all phones, fax machines, alarm systems etc. Plus no filter on DSL to the computer. No filters, the line is dedicated to DSL only.
There's your problem- you're trained well below the 1.5M you're provisioned for. If you've checked your end in terms of wiring, filters, etc, then you'll need to call Qwest. They may need to send out a tech to check out the line between the DSLAM and your house. I will do that. Thanks for the help guys. |
