Re: Embarq outage in Danville, VA MY internet was down earlier this morning around 10 AM but when I checked again around 12 PM it was up and finally running at the speed it is supposed to. I have had ongoing problems for several months and I live about 30 miles from Danvillle.
BTW, Embarq_Joey is the man if you need someone to check it out for you. |

| Thanks for the response. My connection was totally out at around 10 am. But now it is up but so slow that it is unusable. It is running at 64 kbps downstream. That is no better than dial up. The upstream is still consistent at 576 kbps. I am extremely fed up with Embarq. I have been a customer for only a month and have had six outages and disgustingly slow speeds. |
