[HN7000S] Speed Test Anomaly

anon posted : My speeds are terrible (-90%) on ANY site EXCEPT HughesNet.com.
which shows good performance, but any other speed test site (like Testmy.net) show pathetic results. Something's very fishy here, as if the NOC has a bottleneck to the outside world. Downloads and browsing are super-slow, and as we expected, the tech support isn't any help at all.

I'm showing some Red "X's" on RTT and Web Acceleration.
What is RTT?

Satmex 5, 1090, 1-watt TX
