If they are making promises to have things fixed and not coming through then I think that's a valid complaint.<br><br>You mentioned in one of your posts testing at the NID and you also kept loosing connection.<br><br>Someone else made a suggestion to a fellow poster to contact their state's Public Service Commission. Also how many telephones are in your house and what Ghz do they use (looking at the phone in most cases should tell you) and do you have any kind of alarm system at all?
