Does U-Verse come with as many channels as, say, Dish Network?

I have U-Verse, and the package I have is called the U-200 package, and it gets about 200 channels. The top package is the U-450 package. I'm not sure if that's 450 channels, but I think that it's pretty close!

I've had it since November of 2007, and aside from having to call technical support a couple times for internet issues and once for a set top box issue, have had very good luck.
