I have AT&T Dish Network. AT&T has been promisising me since tuesday it will be fixed. Tomorrow at BY 7:00 PM a Tech will be checking myline on the DSLAM at the CO, if it isnt fixed LOL they are done. They are not going to like the call to customer relations!!! LOL |

| How many times has a tech been out to your house? If they are making promises to have things fixed and not coming through then I think that's a valid complaint.
You mentioned in one of your posts testing at the NID and you also kept loosing connection.
Someone else made a suggestion to a fellow poster to contact their state's Public Service Commission. It couldn't hurt to see if they could help.
