But why doesn't the new Comcast.net front page or Smartzone actually pop into the e-mail server and grab a count, so it knows what to actually display?<br><br>Now once I go in to my inbox and back out back to the Comcast.net home page, the new "My Comcast" signon e-mail count is corrected.<br><br>This "My Comcast" signon is pretty nice, and it seems to allow my browser to remember my username and password and give me one click access to my mail, or browse the community forums.  The counter is just not "POP'ing" into the mail server to pull the accurate count.  I'm not sure where the number comes from.]]></description>

This was the first site gone to through google chrome, so I don't see it being a refresh issue.<br><br>So I click on it, and it says I have 3 messages, 1 new.  Go into my mailbox and there's only 1 message in there total. <br><br>I'm thinking because Outlook downloaded messages earlier, but the server doesn't notify the counter on the smart zone front page or the comcast.net front page.  <br><br>Once I went into smart zone and logged out, the e-mail counter returned to 1, which was correct.]]></description>

You can also change between 3 different color schemes.<br><br>I didn't get any mail, but it just tried it, and it is the new format. That said, I rarely use the page, so I don't know when it actually changed.<br><br>The mail check is still goofy.
