| Re: Connection/Re-location Fees waived. I know when we moved about 6 years ago they were going to charge me a reconnection fee. I laid out the fact that I had been a customer of theirs for years etc etc and the lady flat out told me that it was unavoidable. When I told her the cable was already on I questioned what exactly needed to be reconnected.
In the end I asked for it to be waived again, and again they refused and I told them to cancel my service and hung up. They called back 30mins later and said they would waive it. |
