It's west coast, I'm east coast and the 3rd party billing makes it difficult to update credit cards etc. True you can do it but it faster on a service that has it's own credit billing.

I've switched from Newshosting several years ago and I still receive emails from them. But they send so few (2 a year or so) I don't bother trying to get off their mailing list.

There is a link on the bottom of their emails to "opt-out" for any future emails.
