Sometimes, if an Application's Uninstall info becomes corrupted in the Windows Registry, RE-Installing the original application again (directly "over top" of it's existing installation), may correct the issue, then allowing you to properly UN-install it (via Add/Remove Programs)...

The same error pops up when I try to reinstall or repair Adobe Reader 9.0. |
