So, apparently one of my extensions is causing the problem at that site.  This is the only place I've seen it crash... I went around paypal and amazon.com without any problems.]]></description>

Try starting Dr Watson and see what messages you get from that. From run enter: <br><br>drwatson.exe<br><br>Just have it running in the background, and when FF crashes, you should get a report.  Tell us what Dr Watson says about the crash.  Don't copy and paste the entire stuff, just what says caused the crash. ]]></description>

If so, then close FF, then click on the windows start button, then run and enter: <br><br>firefox.exe -p<br><br>this will bring up the FF profile manager.
