New to Qwest

sammysnake : Having just switched to Qwest DSL from Comcast I am initially not happy. They had my account go live at 5:00 pm and their office closes for the weekend at 6:00 pm. I was able to get up and running but for the life of me I can not get my email program, TheBat, to connect to the pop3 server. I've been doing this stuff for years and this has been a nightmare. My Comcast internet goes dead on Monday and I had planned on informing my contacts of my new "@q.com" email address. Anyone have any suggestions?

Sammy
