Big green box closest to my house had the power connected yeserday. I don't know if there is hardware inside yet.

9/10 the hardware will sit in there and the power is usually the last thing connected .

Most of these big green boxes are for power supply upgrades and the changes are part of the standby powering requirments for the system. These are proactive changes we're making to get us up to minimum 4 hour battery backup. If I tell you more I'll have to "read you in".
