clubs:		 I got one this morning even though I switched from Newshosting to Astraweb months ago. I guess they still have my email address.

I've switched from Newshosting several years ago and I still receive emails from them. But they send so few (2 a year or so) I don't bother trying to get off their mailing list.

There is a link on the bottom of their emails to "opt-out" for any future emails.
