I would image your OEM will ship you a disk, or perhaps provide a download (Dell has a download center that allows limited redownloads of your licensed software) and a product key somehow. I'm in the same boat. (Vista Ultimate to Home Premium). I may just end up dual-booting until I get all my stuff re-installed and work out any unforseen bugs in the new OS.<br> </div>Yep.....same boat here too (V Ultimate to 7 Home Premium), and I'll probably deal with it the same way.  ;)<br><br>(Edit) Yikes! As far as shutoff my rc is still running fine, and even authinticated when I registered the rc version on my desktop. No reason to mess with the Home versions anymore. Plus, I like the fact that it takes up to 192GB of RAM. <br><br>My issue now is whether to build or buy one already built (HP, Dell, etc).  <br><small>--<br><b> Satan is always busy.
