Check the your internet gateway address from the output of
ipconfig /all
Then browse to that IP.
It is possible that your 2200 has proprietary firmware for a particular ISP that prevents access to the configuration.

| yeah, tried to browse to the IP address and GW and nothing happened. When I browse the IP, it comes up and says internal server error. Their tech support...well, is probably the lowest level of support i've ever dealt with. They said as long as I'm connected to the internet, there's nothing they can do for me.
