Check the your internet gateway address from the output of ipconfig /all Then browse to that IP.

yeah, tried to browse to the IP address and GW and nothing happened. When I browse the IP, it comes up and says internal server error. Their tech support...well, is probably the lowest level of support i've ever dealt with.
