yeah, tried to browse to the IP address and GW and nothing happened. When I browse the IP, it comes up and says internal server error. Their tech support...well, is probably the lowest level of support i've ever dealt with. They said as long as I'm connected to the internet, there's nothing they can do for me. -- 1 system...HSI...Suddenlink
