Re: [Line Problem] DSL Statistics / Problem with Line? How many times has a tech been out to your house? If they are making promises to have things fixed and not coming through then I think that's a valid complaint.
You mentioned in one of your posts testing at the NID and you also kept loosing connection.
Someone else made a suggestion to a fellow poster to contact their state's Public Service Commission. It couldn't hurt to see if they could help.
