$20.00 per/hour if you are using Dreamweaver

$2.00 per/hour if you use Frontpage

 Uh, no. Whether you hand code or use wysiwyg like Dreamweaver makes no difference.

But, I would agree with the $2 an hour for Frontpage. It'll cost you $$ to clean the code after that!
