Multiple Outages

kdeuser : I live in a neighborhood in Suwanee, GA, on IFITL. In the last couple of weeks we have had several outages and no explanation of what is going on. I also experience frequent "hiccups" during the day (I work from home and lose my VPN session on my laptop). Speeds have been degrading steadily over the last couple of years and fluctuate wildly from 1.8 to .2! Not sure what is happening and trying to call support or anyone else at the mega-huge AT&T for information is a fantasy I have that surpasses anything my wife (or any other woman) is capable of. Does anyone have any information about what is occurring?

I am convinced that AT&T would not even notice, much less care, if all of their IFITL customers were suddenly swallowed in a dimensional portal, never to be seen or heard from again...
