Re: [motherboard] Motherboard may have failed? Have you checked all of your BIOS settings to make certain that either the PATA or SATA, whichever the drivers are, is enabled? If SATA, make sure it isn't set for RAID function if your not doing RAID.
If you have other cables, try another cable for data.
