I am inclined to agree with koshoka on a bad rate code for the box. Swapping out the box may help to resolve the issue to see if it persists with a replacement box. I think it could be a combination of bad rate code(s) and some sort of inside wiring issue. Let the folks here know if the box swap corrected the issue or not. I think a tech visit would resolve any and all issues. |
