To start with, where do you get the Linksys PAP2T source code?

That source code is for the PAP2v2, a device based on an entirely different architecture than the PAP2T. The PAP2T's source code is proprietary; it is not open source, not GPLed, and certainly not available to the general public for download.

Edit: Upon browsing to the site linked to by usa2k, I see that that source is listed as being for the PAP2T. Well, someone at Cisco/Linksys's definitely made a mistake. That source is based on Linux, and for a CYT device (such as the PAP2v2). Not only does the PAP2T run a proprietary kernel, and not Linux; Linux has never even been ported to the MIPS-X processor (not to be confused with MIPS) at the heart of the PAP2T.
