 I believe it would be considered digital starter, but I'm not totally sure. That's what the brochure I have in front of me says, but I've been told these are not always correct. There are actually channels missing from this brochure because of the local transitions.

I don't know what your specific channel line up is, but I would not expect you to be able to access those channels with digital starter.
