[Latency] Experiencing high latency

tech came out fixed my line then erplaced my modem with a 2wier 2701hg-b. ever since my internet been up ive been experieicning extremely high pings.heres an example of a line test i ran the other day »/linequality/nil/2535994

any help is appreciated
