Alternative to Roxio Media Manager?

I have a Blackberry Curve 8330. With it came that Blackberry Software. I don't like using the Roxio Media Manager because of it's love of ADS Streams ... I can delete the streams using ADSSpy. but is there another media manager I can use instead (Freeware)?

Has anyone else run into THIS situation before?
