I have digital preferred now,but before that i had digital starter.
And yes you should be getting all those channels you mentioned in the 600 range.
You won't get them all,but you will get most of them.

Yeah, I know there are multiple channels I am not suppossed to get in the 600 range, but I know there are some that I am.

I forgot to mention a couple things:

-The first thing I did was unplug the power from the cable box for a minute or two. Then when I plugged it back in, I had the channels for about 15-20 secconds, then I got the not authorized message.

-After I talked to the rep on the phone, I could channel to Speed on 620, but got the not authorized message, but could not channel any higher, it's almost like what she did made it worse.

I thought about swapping the boxes. I might do that later today if I get bored. LOL
