[Speed Problem] Not getting the speed I paid for Pro 3.0 only ge

Hello, I need help. I am only getting 1.6 on Pro. I am less than a mile away from CO. Help please

1. Which AT&T DSL Package do you have? “Pro 3.0mbps down”
2. Which modem brand and model do you have? “Speedstream 5360”
3. Are you using a router? “Linksys WRT54GS 2.0”
4. Is your PPPoE login info “In the Router”
5. Describe the lights on the modem when the trouble occurs. “All lights working fine”

Unfortunately your modem is too old to provide the line stats we need to diagnose your issue. You'll need to post here in the AT&T Direct forum so one of their techs can look at your line. Odds are that your line's profile is just misconfigured -- it happens far too often. Here's a link to Direct...

Note that AT&T Direct is a private forum so only you and the AT&T techs can see your thread. Also, the techs are usually pretty swamped with requests so be patient, they'll get to you as soon as they can. Since you have a working circuit they may bypass you to work on ones that are having problems.

Finally, don't reply to your AT&T Direct post until one of the techs has replied first. They look for unanswered threads so if they see any replies they may bypass yours, thinking someone else is helping you.
