You know it will happen but it would be seriously stupid to allow a lawsuit. Hi wife was quoted as saying he didnt feel well before going to bed, what kind of idiot doesnt know if you get hit on the head and then dont feel well you go to the hospital ASAP.
Many people that have Accidents and dont seek help, which in my Opinion you're no Doctor so how do you know whats going on if any
I hope people will seek Medical treatment after reading this if they get in any accident. -- Visit- www.liveleak.com/view?i=e32_1231680425 |

| reply to Rombus Actually it was in reference to acid343211 who said "Can you say Lawsuit......"
There should be no reason at all there should be a lawsuit against the airline if the family decided to sue.
And if you dont like the fact I can post anon then cry to dslreports for letting me be able to. |

Count on Billy to be right, even on his last day in this life. USAirways sucks big time. I quit flying America West when they hooked up with that east coast waste matter circling the toilet right before it went down. |

| reply to Beachie said by Beachie :I can't help but think how similar this is to Natasha Richardson's death earlier this year. One key difference between the two though, at least in this point of the story. The subdural hematoma that killed Natasha is most notably indicated by a period of brief unconsciousness, followed by a "lucid period", or being conscious again for a length of time until again falling unconscious, often for good.
If Billy didn't get knocked out, it is hard to point back to the subdural injury theory. It *could* happen, but I don't think it is as likely. |

He probably had a fractured skull if the hit was as hard as they said it was. If not the least a very bad concussion. Its called a subdural hematoma. Bumps on the head that can seem minor cause bleeding which eventually builds up and kills you. It is incredibly easy to ignore the symptoms until it is too late. Same thing happened to Natasha Richardson while skiing in Canada. |

| reply to marti Billy Mays was a loud pitchman (Oxy Clean, The Awesome Auger, Mighty Putty), but Ed McMahon was really dedicated.
Once, Johnny was holding a bottle of beer as he was introducing a Budweiser commercial. Then, it slipped out of his hand and-crash! Next thing, Ed was on his knees picking up the broken glass. Johnny quipped- "Are you licking the floor?".
Another time, Ed was doing a live Alpo commercial, but the dog wouldn't go near the food, like he did during rehearsals. So, Ed got down on his hand and knees, crawled over to the bowl of dog food and barked.
As Billy might've said, that's awesome!
Too bad Ed and Johnny's funniest stuff isn't shown on TV. Mark F. |

| reply to mattmag Billy may not be a true celeb to some, but what exactly makes one a celeb.
I saw a couple of his shows on Discovery. He seemed to be more watchable then his partner.
Either way...RIP Billy.

| reply to mattmag Nothing personal, but glad his loud mouth will FINALLY be off tv shortly.
God, I hate those loud mouthed, screaming advertisements.
He did start a good job on starting that fad. I will INTENTIONALLY never buy anything from some ad I see that has this type of advertising. How nauseating!!

....How can the airline know the tire was going to blow out. The tire blew out because the landing was a bad landing, not because of a problem with the tire. Plane was declining too fast and slammed into the runway, this force caused the tire to blow, there was nothing wrong with Vic tire prior to that.
Obviously this was a preventable problem in the airline is responsible for it. |

Tell me, what is the tire's rated landing pressure in feet per minute descent rate? What was the aircraft FPM descent rate that day? Do you know? |
