I got 515 and 15 on my TiVo S3, and had guide data for them almost immediately (for a change). But my QIP-2500 and DCT700 are still not picking up channel 15.

Leesburg, VA		 I don't have 15 here either. It's not in the guide, favorites or tunable. I didn't think it even existed.
