<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/470214"><b>andunn</b></A> : My neighbor bought a laptop from someone who is closing down part of their business.  He got it for a couple hundred dollars.<br><br>The only problem is that no one remembers the Administrator account password.  So everytime she tries to install and update she in not able to do so.<br><br>She just wants to remove the user accounts and turn it into a personal laptop instead of one that was used for business.<br><br>Please note:  I am not trying to hack into someone's computer.<br><br>I have researched some ways:<br><br>I know you can use the original installation disc to reset it, however, I don't have that.<br><br>I read something about typing in mmc and going that route but I get an error message<br><br>I saw there are some programs that you can use to do it, but most cost money and others are just demos<br><br>What is the best and (free) way to go about doing this?]]></description>
