TV local weather was quite useful. But, did the digital conversion cause the TV audio to be lost? Are TV channels 2-13 still used?
Yes and no. Analog is no longer broadcast except for certain low-power stations. Therefore VHF analog channels that you could pick up audio from are no longer broadcast in the way they used to be.
