Re: [video] Ronnie Hawkins "MoonWalk" The problem with a slow version is you don't get done watching it for the first time and think "how did he do that?". It just looks like a guy sliding his feet in a weird way.
When someone does it fast, it looks awesome. It tricks a person's brain into thinking he's walking forward while moving backward, and it takes a double take before people actually look closely at the feet and see how it's done.
