| you forgot the other thing you will need, patience...i dealt with several billing issues with Bell TV service when i had it...numerous errors that i had to call in every month to get fixed...one took 6 months to fix, one took 8 months to fix...i also had an issue where my bundle discount "fell off" somehow (not sure why or how) and that went on for almost a year...keep in mind, when all this was going on, i worked for Bell...to give you an idea about Bell, several of my staff used Rogers for their services, and honestly, i never blamed them...they were fed up with them too (even though we all worked for Bell).
i am not familiar with Videotron, but from what i always heard about them, they were pretty competitive...perhaps you have a faulty PVR and need it replaced?...i have the 8300 as well (two of them) and don't have any issues. -- Today's motto: Dearly beloved, We are gathered here today to bid farewell to personal responsibility and accountability. | |
