Have you updated your aircard recently? There is a function in the options section to activate "Automatically". This will update your PRL roaming list which can have adverse problems with speed. If that doesn't solve the issue, contact TELUS Mobility and ask for a DNA Technical rep.

join:2007-07-18		 The weekend support person did have be automatically setup to update the roaming list... but that was after it was already slow.

I'll call today to let them know.
