GPON-SIP MODEM TONE

I RECENTLY USED ONT-->SPA8000--> SIP PHONE, VOICE IS OK ,BUT INTERNET TONE(LIKE DIAL UP) I AM NOT GETTING .SO I AM NOT ABLE TO TRANNSFER MY DATA. IS T38 creating problem. which i service provider provide on my Trunk group. My service provider is using HUAWEI Softx and GPON
